{Praying} for Jack.

Just hearing him laugh and giggle is enough to send sunshiney feelings into your heart. 

Baby Jack is a special baby – you may have even ready his story in the local paper just yesterday  … and you have read about him on my blog before … either way, I’m sure your heart has been opened to this little baby’s story.

I first met his family when his mother, Janet, contacted me for maternity photos – we hit off quickly as friends and I was honored when they returned for his newborn photos and then later, his baptism photos. When Baby Jack was just a few months old, however,  Janet knew something was wrong with her baby after she noticed a few ‘signs’ – rushed him to the hospital and has been through a whirlwind and a medical roller coaster ride ever since. Suddenly, her sweet baby boy went from being healthy and well to being diagnosed with  Diamond Blackfan Anaemia (DBA) …

There will be a fundraising banquet in Jack’s honor next Friday night – this image below will be on display as the event anticipates to raise thousands of dollars to help support the families of children with DBA.  If you would like to purchase tickets, there may be a few left …  check out the website for more information.
