And then She Turned Seven.

Sometimes in life, God throws a splash of wild, vibrant color your way … turning an already beautiful scene into a lively afternoon of unexpected adventures and colorful tales … sometimes embarrassing moments and other times filled with wild bravery and happy laughter …

That splash of color is our Lyla! God had blessed us indeed with such different qualities and characteristics with each of our girls …as our second born, this short and spunky one finds very little to slow her down in life …

Yesterday, we celebrated the 7th birthday of our second born daughter, Lyla Precious. We had such fun with water fights, potato sack and three-legged races, water balloon toss and amazing friends with plates piled high with yummy chocolate cake and cool pink watermelon.

We love you so very, very, very much, Lyla! {How can you possibly be seven years old already?!}

May your 7th year be amazing and filled with wonder!
