I cannot believe it’s the second day of October. I honestly am not lying when I say September, um, well, it just flew by. Insanity.
But now it’s October – one of the coziest, loveliest months of the year – one of my favorites. It’s an apple-pie, homemade meals, warm toasty fires-cuddle-up-movies kinda month.
Which is what I’ll be doing tonight – as Mother Nature decided to cancel my session on me (UGHHH!) – darned rain. Let’s hope it warms up this coming week because there are LOTS of sessions planned!
In the meantime, I have homemade Shepherd’s pie cooking away, I’m going to *TRY* to make homemade buns (I have very low expectations of this baking project) and I’ll cozy up by the fire tonight and proof the night away … I am itching to get proofing the sessions of all the lovely kiddos and adults and families that have come through lately …. like this cutie … hello … he’s adorable!!!!
Hey, if you have a session coming up and you have a little boy, take note of that adorable bike! If you have something that would look great in a photo for a boy, bring it along! Like a wagon or a trike … 🙂 I would love that!
Okay, off to stoke the fire. It died while I was writing this blog post. I gotta work on my girl scout skills.
Too bad I never went to girl scouts …. hmm ….
