It may mean you have to share a bed, pass down clothes, fill up the milk jug even if you are not the one who emptied it, have a servant’s heart, braid each other’s hair and listen closely when actions speak louder than words … and it may mean having to share your favorite Fairy-Mobile with your older sister… but having a family is a wonderful thing. No one is left behind, no one is forgotten. I like it this way. I really do.
