{Beckon}

When I got the call to book in these two gorgeous ladies for their band photos, I just KNEW we would have fun.

I mean – c’mon!!!!! Guitars, fields, beautiful ladies, pooped-on-by-birds-dirty-old rustic couch,  gorgeous lighting – my cup of tea!

The photos are to be used for their website and marketing tools, CDs, etc. Together, Connie Rossitter and Beth Hamilton (who many of you may recognize – yay Beth!!) make up Beckon, a gorgeously-smooth-sounding group of musicians, based out of the Owen Sound area.
We had SUCH a blast with their session and I just LOVE the results …

They were troopers … see those little annoying flying things in the photo? Those were blackflies! No joke. They would sing and then choke on a fly! Very nice. Good thing they are country girls and could laugh despite the ambush of little flying bugs.

Watch for these girls … they are up and coming for sure!  They sang a bit for me while we were shooting and I just LOVE their voices…! I can’t wait to get my hands on their CD!

Beth & Connie, you gals were AWESOME to work with! SO much fun! I can’t wait to reveal your full gallery to you – and don’t worry – I can edit out the blackflies!

Also, because it’s a gorgeous Monday, let’s do a giveaway! I was so excited to find this website the other day and I cannot WAIT to get my girls’ silhouettes done – alas, I have to wait until their hair grows in a bit more (you all remember the tragic hair cutting incident?)
