Just a {Regular} Day.

“You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one.

Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its own.

It’s just a matter of paying attention to this miracle.”

-Paula Coelho

Just my “regular” day caught on camera …

A Webkinz date with Great Gramma. We are so blessed to have her here in Orangeville.

Playtime. Lucia is into raising her hand whenever I say ,”Who is ….(add in verb)?” Here I said, “Who is having fun?”

“Meeeeeeeee.” Hand raised.

Then, a Princess helped me bake some cookies …

As usual – we started our week off with some baking of the goods. This week, Lyla and I made yummmmmy Redneck Chocolate Chip cookies … you can find the recipe on the Groceries to Go blog.

I loved that they combined white chocolate chips with regular chocolate chips! Mmmm!!!

And while I (oops) slightly over baked the first batch, the second bath was perfect! I love it when a recipe makes enough for two batches for that reason – in case I make a mistake!

We packaged up the cookies and took them to a friend …

Can’t forget the Starbucks. After all, what is a cookie without a coffee to dunk it in?

And then my little angel passed out from pure exhaustion.
Well, truth be told, she had a major meltdown, a screaming fit, followed by  a time out and THEN she fell fast asleep. Poor wee thing … but still a cherub in my eyes.

Sherri Smith Loved your regular day. Mine usually seems extremely boring compared to yours. 8-5 online project management work does not give much blog-worthy activity. Keep writing and photographing your days. It perks up mine. <3

Julie Your photos are always SO beautiful & I LOVE to look at them. I never really knew that you had 3 beautiful daughters though. I too am a lucky mom of 3 beautiful girls, around the same age I think. It is great when they sleep! 🙂

Petra Oh I love these pictures. And TWO i-books? Wowee! My regular day involved spending what should be a one-week teaching holiday in my classroom, marking essays! About to update Ava’s blog now & am back in work for a second day. But when my work’s done it means I have QT to play with my babe.
